Delivery starts at just $85 in Melbourne, North Rocks and Brisbane. The price is calculated at the cart page based on your location. Contact us if you need a custom quote.
Warehouse Pickups
Each brand has an alternate pickup area. If you don't mind get in touch with us for the closest pickup area in your state. Standard requests are prepared for collection inside 1-2 days.
Leave or Sign?
If you can’t be home on the day of delivery, please leave a note at checkout letting us know where to leave the order. It needs to be an area that is protected from the rain.
Fast Deliveries
Standard requests are conveyed inside 1-3 business days in metro zones and 2-4 days in local regions. A few items have a more drawn out lead time as demonstrated on the item page.
Returns
Return Policy
ALL returns must be made within 7 business days of purchase. If a product is faulty and returned within 7 days a 100% refund will be processed within 2 days. If a product is returned because of a 'Change of Requirement' it must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund will be paid within 2 business days but will incur a 20% restocking fee. An extra fee will also apply if you need us to arrange a courier to collect the leftover material. All 'Change of Requirement' returns are at the discretion of Soundproofing Products Australia.
