- Return Period: If a product is not as advertised, you can return it undamaged and unopened within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Exclusions: Original freight costs and restocking fees are non-refundable. Return shipping logistics and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Non-Stocked Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations on custom-ordered or non-stocked items. Please double-check your specifications before finalizing your order.

Warehouse Pickup (Click & Collect)
If you prefer to avoid freight charges or need the materials urgently, we offer a complimentary Click & Collect service from our partner warehouses.
- How it works: Simply select the pickup option or coordinate with our team before ordering. Once payment is cleared, we will provide a collection voucher and confirm stock readiness.
- Locations Available: Melbourne (Footscray), Brisbane (Virginia), and Gold Coast (Nerang).

Damaged in Transit
All our core shipping options include transit tracking and insurance. In the rare event that your items arrive damaged:
1.) Inspect Upon Delivery: Check the packaging before signing for the courier. If the damage is visible, note it on the driver's consignment note.
2.) Report Within 48 Hours: Take clear photographs of the damaged, unopened packaging and materials, and email them to info@soundproofingproducts.com.au.
3.) Keep the Packaging: Do not discard any packaging or move the product until our team has reviewed the claim with the freight provider.

Returns are accepted for standard stocked products within 7 days if they are completely unopened and undamaged. Restocking fees and original/return freight costs will apply. Non-stocked or custom-ordered items cannot be returned.

Yes, we facilitate delivery Australia-wide. For regional areas outside our standard courier network, please request a custom freight quote so we can find the most cost-effective carrier for your location.
03How long does delivery usually take?
