InsulRock Party Wall Batts are a non-combustible rock-wool product used to provide passive fire protection above masonry party walls.
Party Wall Batts are the standard for filling the gap between the top of a party wall (separating wall) and the underside of the roofing material in duplex/terrace construction to stop spread of fire from one tenancy to the next.

Applications
InsulRock Rock-wool Party Wall Batts are designed to be used to pack all gaps between the top of a
masonry party wall and the underside of the roofing, sustaining a 10% compression to ensure it is held in place. Its purpose is to meet the requirements for fire resistance by mineral wool between adjacent tenancies, as set out in the National Construction Code / Building Code of Australia.
